Ordered tickets for a concert to be arrived days in advance. When I never received the shipping confirmation I decided to call the company, only to reach the generic voicemail.

I called over 10 times and left multiple voicemails. Additionally, I sent many emails explaining the situation. After threatening through email to file a report that they were participating in a ponzi scheme did they reply. I truly do believe that they are taking money and not vetting their clients well enough.

You pay beforehand and they won't answer if there is an issue. Tickets not sent timely, no customer service, no guarantee. I would never ever ever again.

Absolute worst company ever.
